Interim Presentation

Class Critique

What is the central issue?
- Housing or Education
- Education leads to owning a house?

Is the central idea easy to identify?
- Kind of
- No
- Perhaps some body text would be great
- Some kind of power statement
- Could use text on pencil packet
- Simple and powerful
- Image is clear but message is unclear

In regard to the issue what is the designer specifically commenting on and is this clear?
- I am a bit confused ...
- I can see what the metaphor is but only just, it could be more clear. Education and housing but I'm not sure what you've saying about their relationship.

Is the designer using Pathos (emotion), Logos (logic) or Ethos (authority of the presenter)?
- Pathos
- A little logos

Housing

After further research and also class choice, I have chosen to look at the issue of housing in NZ. As you can see from above, there are more areas of inequality in relation to housing than equal situations. I would really like to dig-deeper into the 'over-crowded' or 'housing-conditions'.
